The committee members meet on a monthly basis to manage the club in a professional manner.
At these meetings the development of the club, both on and off the court is monitored.
The Head Coach informs the committee of the progress of the players and coaches within the club;
the Treasurer presents a report on all income and expenses of the club an provides a monthly financial statement;
the STNA representatives present reports from their respective meetings;
fundraising events are planned and reported on;
along with the many other tasks required to run the club.
All players, officials and supporters of the club are informed of the activities and progress of the club through a regular newsletter.
